The secrets of the Second World War
The Wałbrzych region is one of the most attractive in Lower Silesia. The natural beauty of the land, and variety of terrain, and is highlighted in nature reserves and parks. There are many historical monuments and places of interest (dating from medieval times up to the World War II). More than 500km of bike routes await for tourists who would like to discover and admire this extraordinary place.
Day 1:
- Arrival, transfer from airport
- 14.00 – check-in, lunch Introduction to trips program, Jedlinka Palace sightseeing, presentation and testing bikes, a simple route around Jedlinka (Single Track – medium mixed route, approx. 10 km)
- 18:30 – dinner
Day 2:
- 08.00 – breakfast
- 09.30 – bike riding
- 11.00 – The Underground Complex / City Osówka – sightseeing – underground and overland route (medium, mixed route, approx 10 km)
- 14.00 – lunch
- 15.30 – Osówka – Włodarz– Jedlinka (medium route in the forest, dirt track, approx 13km)
- 18.30 – dinner
- 20.30 – free time – wellness & mini spa – Jedlinka Palace
Day 3:
- 08.00 – breakfast, bus transfer
- 10.00 – The Underground City – Walim – tunnels constructed during the World War II as part of 'Project Riese’ – corridors, halls and underground passages.
- 11.30 – bike riding, daily route (Przełęcz Sokola mountain pass – Przełęcz Walimska mountain pass – Zagórze Śląskie (approx 20km – medium route in the forest with beautiful views)
- 14.00 – picnic lunch
- 15.30 – 18.00 – Zagórze Śląskie – illuminated footbridge and dam on Bystrzyckie Lake (medium route, approx 5km). Bus transfer to hotel
- 19.00 – dinner
- 20.30 – free time – wellness & mini spa – Jedlinka Palace
Day 4:
- 08.00 – breakfast, bus transfer
- 10.30 – Książ Castle – the third biggest castle in Poland – sightseeing tour inside the castle and gardens. Underground tunnels tour.
- 14.00 – lunch
- 15.30 – bike riding – Szczawno–Zdrój – Spa, Gedymina Hill tower with viewing terrace (medium, mixed 15km route with scenic views). Bus transfer to hotel.
- 19.00 – dinner
- 20.30 – free time – wellness & mini spa – Jedlinka Palace
Day 5:
- 08.00 – breakfast, bus transfer
- 09.30 – bike riding Głuszyca – the historical melaphyre quarry – ‘Kamyki’ – Andrzejówka mountain hostel (medium, mixed route 10 km long with beautiful views)
- 14.00 – lunch
- 15.30 – bike riding to Sokołowsko (medium, route in the forest – beautiful views, approx. 10km). Bus transfer to hotel.
- 19.00 – dinner – Jedlinka Brewery – summing up.
Day 6:
- breakfast
- transfer to the airport, departure

PRICE:
8 – 12 pers. 7500 PLN – 1550 EUR price / 1pers.
13 – 15 pers. 6500 PLN – 1350 EUR price / 1pers.
The price is calculated for a six-day stay. Shortening or extending your visit is possible depending on availability of flights. In such case the cost would be cut or increased for 700PLN (140 EUR), per person, per day.
